Last Chance! Nougat 2.0 Starts Saturday!
Jaunty June 2.0: Back in the Habit! Nougat by Aimée Gille has been a hit, so I thought I’d roll it again for a little dog days of summer project! Nougat is a marled, intarsia kerchief great for stash busting and learning intarsia! We’ll be adjusting the sizing with a gauge as you knit approach, as well as intarsia best practices and troubleshooting.

I’ve still got a few spots in my Nougat live class that starts this Saturday morning! Honestly, I kinda forgot about it lol - there is a lot going on!
WHEN? Saturdays August 15, 22 & 29 from 9-10:30am CT
We’ll learn:
- Gauge as you go
- Size modifications
- Intro to intarsia knitting
- Intarsia best practices - how to find the best intarsia method for you and when to adjust
- Adjusting the pattern for any yarn weight
- Reading a chart
- Increasing and decreasing in pattern
Supplies (not included in the cost of the class):
Needles & Yarn: The pattern calls for US 7 circular needles, but I found that really lose. I sized down to a size 5 for a tighter gauge for my preference. Please feel free to use any needle size and yarn you want!

Yeah this is the last live virtual class I’m teaching this summer! I’ll have a full Fall Classes Sneak Peek on Thursday for classes that will start in November. I think there is a lot to get excited about!
