Finished Titanic Body!

Hey, it’s WIP day!

Every other Thursday I take a look at what my WIP pile looked like two weeks ago and what it looks like today!

Last week I just finished the hardest chart on my Titanic sweater, and knit about 5” on my Pressed Flowers Cardigan!

This week I’ve got the body of my Titanic sweater FINISHED, and I just started working on the left front of my Pressed Flowers Cardigan.

And, coincidentally, I just finished the actual hardest chart on my Titanic Sweater! Those sinking Titanics were a BEAST, 3, 4, 5 and 6 color colorwork rows throughout. WOOF!!

Worth it though! I mean look at those things!

My BFF Julie is also knitting a Titanic Sweater for Rhinebeck, only with a Jack focus where mine is obviously a Rose focus! She made a great reel on instagram about her progress and inspiration! Watch it here!

I absolutely cannot wait until we force Laura to film us slow motion running into each other’s arms while wearing our titanic sweaters at Rhinebeck! lolol

AND now that my Titanic Sweater is on hold until Sleevetember, I’m turning my attention on the body of my Pressed Flowers Cardigan, and it’s looking so cute! I seriously made a dogs dinner of that sleeve separation row, but we’re working through it! Hoping to have this body done ASAP so I can start on my Flock Pullover. Yeah! She got me! Got a trip to the yarn store planned for Saturday! And yeah, class scheduled for November!

Oh man this has been a super busy week, and I’m going to do that stupid thing where I say NEXT WEEK SHOULD BE MORE RELAXED like an idiot because no, it probably won’t be more relaxed. I am going to take like 80% of tomorrow off though! Between launching Chibeck and our Rhinebeck Road Trip this week, I think I’ve earned it!
