Polina Try On + PartyLympics!

Hey, it’s WIP day!

Every other Thursday I take a look at what my WIP pile looked like two weeks ago and what it looks like today!

This is what my WIP pile looked like 2 weeks ago! I had just gotten a start on my Polina Pullover, and the only other things on my needles are tucked way away in bags - my Brutalista Socks & my Titanic Doodle Sweater.

And here is what it look like today! DAMN ok yeah I’ve knit a lot in two weeks!

I snuck in a try on yesterday before I got a start on that first sleeve. Looking CUTE and fitting great!

#influenced? There are 4 spots left in my Saturday class, my Monday class is about half full, and there are 4 spots left for recordings only. Grab a spot!

Starting tomorrow, though, my Polina will be taking a back seat to my PartyLympics CO!

We did PartyLympics for the summer olympics in 2024, and we’re bringing it back!! And I’m very excited - I love the Olympics when the world isn’t on fire, so a little Olympic unity is going to feel really good.

I was very busy making fun of Laura for wanting to knit this very fun but Bizzare-O World scarf, Puff, in the new Kiyomi Burgin & Sachiko Johnston book Spring Has Come, when to my amazement I wanted it, too! She’s very powerful that Laura!

I’m stash busting for this project, and using a leftover ball from my Rosie Sweater, with some navy Stonehedge Fiber Mill Navy, and we’ll see how it goes!
