We’ll be diving into both the Flock Pullover and the Antipodes patterns recently released by Andrea Mowry! Knit and fully customize these seemingly very different but actually very similar sweaters with me!

We’ll learn:
Applying your gauge to the pattern for the perfect fit
Saddle shoulder construction
Picking up (lots!) of sts!
Custom sleeve sizing
Custom body length
Back and forth colorwork best practices (other than don’t do it!)
German short rows
Supplies:
Notions:
Stitch markers
Waste yarn or extra cords for holding stitches
However many buttons you’d like, for whatever size!
Sizing & Yarn Requirements :
Read about the yarn requirements for Antipodes on Ravelry here. Read about the yarn requirements for Flock Pullover on Ravelry here. Whatever yarn weight you’d like to knit your sweater in will work for us! We’ll be matching the pattern to your gauge, not the other way around. So, if you want a Flock in fingering weight? Great! If you want an Antipodes in worsted weight? Great!

*A bonus class focused on yarn purchasing and substitutions will be held a month before your first class! Late to sign up? That class recording will be sent as part of your class welcome package
Notes About Allyson’s Classes!
Classes are taught live from Allyson’s NEW home studio in Porto, Porgutal!
Each class features 2 cameras - a hand camera so you can see close ups of every detailed demo, and a face camera for face to face interaction.
Classes are kept small so everyone gets the personal attention they need to succeed!
Each class will be recorded and sent out to everyone to make it easy for student’s to rewatch important moments, or if a student needs to miss a live class.
After each class has 10 students sign up to attend the live classes, a recording only option will open up at 60% of the cost of the class. If you sign up for the recordings only option you won’t have access to attend the live classes, but you will be sent the recordings every week and be able to email Allyson any questions you have along the way.
If you utilize my new payment plan, deposits are non refundable. Cancellations made between 1-3 weeks before the start of class will receive a 50% refund of the balance payment only.
