Ever wondered what it takes to design socks?! Have a great idea for a sock design but just need a little help bringing it to life?! Let’s do it! In this class we’ll be bringing your toe up sock ideas to life!

Designing for the length of the foot and the cuff
In the round sock gauge for foot and cuff
Toe up sock construction
The best heel turn option for your design
Perfect foot length
Toe shaping
Supplies (not included in the cost of the class):
Yarn & Needles: Feel free to use any yarn and corresponding needles that align with your sock design vision!
I’ll be demo-ing using magic loop method, but please feel free to use DPNs or shorties - whatever you feel most comfortable with.

Notes About Allyson’s Classes!
Classes are taught live from Allyson’s NEW home studio in Porto, Portugal!
Each class features 2 cameras - a hand camera so you can see close ups of every detailed demo, and a face camera for face to face interaction.
Classes are kept small so everyone gets the personal attention they need to succeed!
Each class will be recorded and sent out to everyone to make it easy for student’s to rewatch important moments, or if a student needs to miss a live class.
After each class has 10 students sign up to attend the live classes, a recording only option will open up at 60% of the cost of the class. If you sign up for the recordings only option you won’t have access to attend the live classes, but you will be sent the recordings every week and be able to email Allyson any questions you have along the way.
