Open for Registration: Midwinter Retreat Weekends!
As usual, there is SO. MUCH. CONTENT!
Yesterday I emailed about my collaboration with Jodi of Flower Hill Fleeces and my upcoming Pressed Flowers Kerchief class, and today I’m writing about my Midwinter Retreats now open for registration!
Here’s what’s open:
💕 Galentines Retreat Weekend (Feb 12-15, 2027)
A crafty winter getaway with your favorite people—or a great excuse to come make some new crafty friends!
We'll have knitting project help, fun crafting classes, catered meals, craft cocktails, all-you-can-eat snacks, hot tubs, and three nights at the retreat house.
Basically: a long weekend of making things, eating things, and hanging out with people who understand why you brought six projects!
✂️ Sew, Relax & Create (Feb 19-22, 2027)
Bring your garment sewing projects and spend the weekend sewing at your own pace with expert guidance from Jen Beeman of Grainline Studio.
Jen will be available throughout the weekend to help with fitting, construction, troubleshooting, and whatever else you're working on. There will also be optional demos and breakout sessions, plus plenty of time to knit, relax, eat good food, and hang out.
🧶 A Restorative Knitting Weekend (Feb 26-March 1, 2027)
A whole weekend devoted to knitting, relaxing, and taking care of ourselves a little bit, too.
Bring your current projects and settle in for plenty of knitting time, instruction from Laura & Allyson, and a full weekend of restorative yoga and wellness practices with lifelong knitter and yoga teacher Jane Fitts.
There will be Morning Zen, yin yoga, restorative yoga, sound baths, movement breaks designed for knitters, and plenty of time to simply sit around and knit.
A note about the registration process: When you register you'll be able to see which rooms are available, how many beds in each room are available, and what the price of that bed room/type is. You'll also be able to pay in full, or pay a deposit and get on a payment plan that will automatically bill you on a schedule. This should HOPEFULLY make it easier!
Please let me know if you have any questions! If you've stayed in a particular room before and want to know what room number that is, drop it in the comments! Be sure to get yourself organized with roommates etc because it will be much less possible to move people around with this new system.
