Come Knit With Me!
Good morning, friends!
Alright I’ve got a LOT in the fucking hopper right now, and a lot due to open for registration/launch in the coming weeks, so I thought I’d take a minute to do a rundown. Consider this a big save the date! Make your calendars, get your finances in order, clear your schedule, because we’ve got a lot to knit together!
I’ve been working hard to boost up my Sweater Knitting Library and am excited to be bringing my Jaunty June skill building classes to my on demand classes section!
I’m ALSO super excited to be partnering with my friend Jodi of Flower Hill Fleeces on kits to go with both Pressed Flowers and Nougat! Look for more information about that coming soon!
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the differeIt’s almost the most wonderful time of the year! Every September we try to knit as many sleeves as we possibly can, and win a ton of prizes along the way. It’s great! If you’ve got a lot of WIPs laying around, coming knit them with us for Sleevetember!
I’m traveling all of October (more on that below!) so my next virtual class drop will be in September, starting in November. Here is a little sneak peek! There will at least be one more (suggestions?!). I’m excited to get back to it!
Laura and I have been working on a little Chicagoland area event with free knit nights, special yarn events, dyeing, and everything! I’m going to talk more about this on Thursday before registration opens on Tuesday, but seriously it’s going to be awesome!!
After ChiBeck, Laura and I are hitting the road to go to Rhinebeck, New York Sheep and Wool Festival! We are hosting free events along the way, and free events all weekend! Registration also opens on August 4th!
Our fall retreats are full, but we’re already looking ahead to our Midwinter Retreats in Feb/March 2027! Registration opens on August 17th.
… WHEW ok that’s the end of the list! I think that is probably enough lol.
So whether you’re into LauraAllyson.Party for Sleevetember, you’re in the Chicagoland area and want to join us in October, whether you’re on our Road to Rhinebeck, or if you are joining us for New York Sheep and Wool Festival, or if you’re just ready to cast on your next sweater with me in November, I can’t wait to hang out over the next few months! See you soon!
