🧩 Intarsia is… FUN?!?!

Hey, it’s WIP day!

Every other Thursday I take a look at what my WIP pile looked like two weeks ago and what it looks like today!

Last week I had just finished my Pressed Flowers and was working on my Røllike Kerchief.

And here is what it looks like today!

Rollike is gone and I’ve just been working on this Nougat!

This is the 3rd and final kerchief that I’ll be teaching for Jaunty June, which will open for registrations on May 5th for newsletter subscribers.

(Party People will have early access on May 4th! That might come in handy as there seems to be a lot of interest! Yay!)

I’m honestly dead over how much I’m loving knitting Nougat. I mean, blow me over with a feather! It’s a great intro to intarsia, it’s just about as enjoyable as it can get I think. I’ve worked out some kinks so hopefully in class we can just roll! I’ve been dragging my feet finishing it because I’m enjoying it so much!

BONUS WIP PILE is a quilt! I’m making Artemis + Fowl by Toad and Sew and really enjoying just chipping away at a project! Shane hasn’t really needed our entire dining room table (I’m still waiting on my work table to be delivered from the US), so I’ve just had this out since Friday when I started cutting! LOTS to go, but it’s been nice to take a little break from work knitting and still do something creative.

AND with Rollike off my WIP pile, that means it is now an FO! Finished up this cutie just in time to wear it to help my Tigers start winning again! Perfect baseball wear haha

And I wanted to say thank you for your HUGE excitement for my upcoming KAL for Cordelia, my hat for Kelbourne Woolens Year of Hats! I just checked and I’m up to 55 people registered! Amazing!

If you missed it, we’re KALing for FREE! So join us! It’s going to be great!
