Hey it’s WIP day!

I took a little vacation and skipped my newsletter on Thursday so I’m sneaking in a WIP day today!

Every other Thursday(ISH!) I take a look at what my WIP pile looked like 2 weeks ago, and what it looks like today!

So this was my WIP pile 2 weeks ago…

And this is my WIP pile today!

I finished the top portion of my Jurassic Park Vest and got to the ribbing of my Book Club Pullover!

I’m SO EXCITED to steek open my vest!! I just LOVE how I was able to plan the dino placement at the top. Don’t the triceratops look great like that?! That took a LOT of planning haha

I couldn’t handle any more 3 color colorwork rows so I’m working on duplicate stitching the mosquitos into my amber, as you do.

But then I’m done and ready for my steek panel reinforcement and cutting demo in class on Sunday!

I took my Book Club Pullover on vacation and finished the bottom cable section and have like 1” of ribbing. I’ve got to get the bottom ribbing and neckline ribbing done before class on Sunday!

Speaking of vacation, Laura and I went to visit Julie in Maine for a long weekend and yeah! Maine is great! We beached and ice creamed and beered and even got some knitting in. I only looked at my computer once and even deleted instagram off my phone! It was like a real vacation! It was great! haha
