Hey it’s WIP day!
Every other Thursday I take a look at what my WIP pile looked like 2 weeks ago, and what it looks like today!
So this was my WIP pile 2 weeks ago…
And this is my WIP pile today!
All that is left is my Felix Pullover and the swatch for my Book Club Pullover I’ll be starting in class this weekend!
So that means I’ve got 2 FOs!
2 weeks ago I was stressing about running out of yarn and didn’t have a lot of great options in my stash and I didn’t know what to do to finish up my Luminos Tee, but I decided to just throw in some extra decreases and finish it with an icord bind off - and I think it looks great!
Just casually bending over to show off my icord bind off, like you do!
With no ribbing anywhere else on the tee, I think it really works!

I also finished my DRK Everyday Cardi in Iceland so I could get these great FO shots on our South Coast Tour! How amazing is it that the Kelbourne Woolens Scout colorway Lichen really matches Iceland perfectly?!
I absolutely LOVE this sweater - what a wardrobe staple!
I wore it a lot after I finished it. The only real problem with it is that I got very few compliments on it because it looks like vintage Gap lol. But what the hell - be the vintage Gap you want to see in the world!
I’m excited to kick off this class this weekend, too!
A Few Iceland Pics!!
We got back from hosting 2 Iceland retreats on Monday and, of course, it was amazing! We saw a lot of nature’s beauty, we bought a ton of yarn, we knit a ton, we listened to some truly awful music in our hotel lobby during knit night, we ate a TON of delicious food, and we laughed and had an amazing time in the company of lovely women who were all encouraging each other to turn off news notifications until we got back to the US. Because what. the. actual. fuck.
