Plan a Fall Getaway!
Laura & I are hosting two retreats this fall! We’ll be starting with a garment sewing retreat with our friend Jen Beeman of Grainline Studio over Halloween weekend! This time not only will you be able to work on Grainline Studio patterns, but we are opening it up to any pattern! What a great kick off to help built your winter wardrobe!
We are also bringing back our very popular Harvest Dream Retreat! Just a cozy weekend knitting and crafting with friends in a cozy, fancy cabin atmosphere. But act fast because as of this moment there are only 2 spots left!
Pick any garment sewing project or projects and sew away at your own pace! We’ll be tailoring the weekend to your needs based on the survey results of attendees and create a schedule of break out classes. Need help with sizing? Sewing a welt pocket? Moving a bust dart? Attaching a waistband? Jen can help you through it. You’ll be able to pop into demos or skip them and keep sewing away!
And since Laura & Allyson are all about knitting, we’ll have plenty of opportunity to knit and chill. There will also be one on one knitting class sign ups available if you’ve got knitting questions!
Doesn’t get much better than sewing away while people hand you cocktails and snacks!
We’re making your fall getaway dreams a reality with this all things fall retreat weekend!
Treat yourself to a weekend away in a luxury cabin in the woods! We’ll be around to help you with any knitting project you bring, and we’ll also have some other crafts on hand so you can mix it up a bit (only if you want to!). Catered meals, hand crafted cocktails, a fire in the fireplace, a dip in the hot tub, and a wood fired pizza oven party will round out your weekend. It doesn’t get much better than that!
And hey! Nothing like having something to look forward to these days! Get your finances in order and start moving some shit around because we’re doing FOUR retreats this winter! Might as well just plan to move in!
